2. Eligibility

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed during checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Promotions: Discounts and promotions are limited-time offers and may be subject to additional terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be longer.
Shipping: We ship globally. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.
Custom Orders: Custom-made products are crafted within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, delivery from Ukraine typically takes up to 1 week, depending on your location.
Pre-Orders: Products marked as pre-orders require a longer processing time. Delivery is expected within 2 weeks to 1 month from the date of order placement. Please check individual product pages for estimated shipping timelines.
Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to courier issues or circumstances beyond our control but will assist in resolving such issues.
Value-Added Tax (VAT): When paying for goods, you are paying VAT, which we subsequently transfer to the competent authorities in your country of residence through the IOSS mechanism.
Import Duties: If the goods you purchased cost more than 150 euros, you may need to pay import duties within the European Union. You are solely responsible for paying these duties.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: Due to the limited quantity and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us for a resolution.
Exclusions: Custom items, final sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Process: To report an issue, email hello@rbtnk.online. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
Import Duties on Returns: If you return goods that cost more than 150 euros, you may be eligible for a refund of the import duties paid. Contact the relevant authorities in your country for details.
Shipping, Taxes, and Duties Policy:
- For European Union (EU) Customers:
- Orders under €45: No additional taxes or duties.
- Orders between €45 and €150: VAT applied according to the destination country’s VAT rate (paid on our website).
- Orders over €150: VAT and duties paid directly to customs.
- Orders exceeding €1,000: May be split into multiple parcels.
- For USA Customers:
- Orders under $800: No additional taxes or duties.
- Orders over $800: May be split into multiple parcels.
