"Suspended" tag

A 'suspended' tag is your way of saying "thank you" to those who protect us. It’s a regular RBTNK steel military tag that you purchase, but instead of keeping it for yourself, you "suspend" it for a servicemember. We then pass this gift on your behalf to someone who truly deserves it. It’s a charitable gesture, just like a "suspended" coffee.

It's very simple:

1. You purchase. You purchase the 'Suspended Tag' — it's a separate item on our website. By doing so, you are sponsoring the opportunity for a servicemember to receive a personal token.
2. We find. Servicemembers from our community who want to receive a gift write us the word "Empathy" on Instagram. This is our "password" and a signal that they would like to receive a tag. We then add them to a waiting list.
3. We create. As soon as you "suspend" a tag, we contact the first servicemember on the list and find out what information and wishes they would like to see on their tag. This could be a personal number, blood type, a memorable date, or any other information that is important to them.
4. We deliver. We send the finished tag via delivery, including a small card from you, so the person can feel your support and care.

Yes, of course! If you know a specific defender you want to give a gift to, just provide their details when placing your order. We will contact them and work with them to develop the token's design, and then send it via delivery.
