"Suspended" tag

A 'suspended' tag is your way of saying "thank you" to those who protect us. It’s a regular RBTNK steel military tag that you purchase, but instead of keeping it for yourself, you "suspend" it for a servicemember. We then pass this gift on your behalf to someone who truly deserves it. It’s a charitable gesture, just like a "suspended" coffee.

It's very simple:

1. You purchase. You purchase the 'Suspended Tag' — it's a separate item on our website. By doing so, you are sponsoring the opportunity for a servicemember to receive a personal token.
2. We find. Servicemembers from our community who want to receive a gift write us the word "Empathy" on Instagram. This is our "password" and a signal that they would like to receive a tag. We then add them to a waiting list.
3. We create. As soon as you "suspend" a tag, we contact the first servicemember on the list and find out what information and wishes they would like to see on their tag. This could be a personal number, blood type, a memorable date, or any other information that is important to them.
4. We deliver. We send the finished tag via delivery, including a small card from you, so the person can feel your support and care.

Yes, of course! If you know a specific defender you want to give a gift to, just provide their details when placing your order. We will contact them and work with them to develop the token's design, and then send it via delivery.

Yes, and it's our way of thanking you for your generosity! For every two 'suspended' tags you purchase, we will add a third one from our brand. This extra tag will also be delivered with your card, allowing you to make an even bigger contribution.

Due to privacy concerns, we cannot disclose the personal details of the recipients. However, to show you how we are helping, we regularly post general reports and photos (with consent) on our social media pages.
