RBTNK (Really Busy Talented ‘N Kind) — a Ukrainian brand founded by then-creative director Jordan Konstantinidi during the global COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to support everyone who works despite any obstacles along their path. With the onset of the full-scale invasion, the brand paused its activities, but in the fall of 2023, Iordan, now a sergeant in the Armed Forces, relaunched it to continue his mission: to support everyone who works to defeat the common enemy.

Where six characters – Defender, Medic, Rescuer (frontline) and Volunteer, Journalist, Worker (rear) – unite to fight for victory together.

They carry gear and artifacts – the 'small things to win the big game'.

It shows how the collaboration between the rear and the frontline becomes the only way to achieve victory, how everyone plays a crucial role in this shared struggle, how the brand I created long before the full-scale war has evolved, and how I have changed myself.

The gamified communication of RBTNK didn’t come by chance: each of us in the military has, at some point, seen mission completion as a video game. Because often, you can’t fully relate what happens to us in reality. Imagining yourself as someone else – like a game character leveling up – can make everything much easier.

I am certain I’m not alone in this – and it’s not just about the military but also about volunteers, medics, journalists, and everyone who holds up our future victory.

The key to this victory is unity

This is why our tag emerged – a symbol of unity, a bridge between the rear and the frontline, a reminder of the strength and importance of each person’s contribution in the shared struggle.

These superpowers, which prevail in frontline characters, combine with those of the rear characters to create harmony and balance – this is called complementarity. You can learn more about superpowers in Chapter 3 and reveal yours by taking our test.

We also design tags for charitable purposes – for example, as gifts for participants at fundraising events or as limited edition products, with all proceeds going to good causes.
