RBTNK (Really Busy Talented ‘N Kind) — a Ukrainian brand founded by Iordan Konstantinidi during the global COVID pandemic in 2020 to support everyone who works despite any obstacles in their way. With the onset of the full-scale invasion, the brand suspended operations, and in the fall of 2023, Iordan, now a sergeant in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, relaunched it, continuing his mission — to support those who work for victory over a common enemy.

Where six characters: Defender, Medic, Rescuer (front) and Volunteer, Journalist, Worker (rear) unite to fight for victory by working together.

They have equipment and artifacts — those "little things that help win the big game".

We tell our story in chapters, and the first chapter is dedicated to the characters.

About how the collaboration between the rear and the front becomes the only way to achieve victory, how important each person is in the common struggle, how the brand I created long before the full-scale war is changing. And about how I myself am changing.

The gamified communication of RBTNK did not appear by chance: each of us, military personnel, has at least once perceived the execution of certain tasks as a computer game. Because often it is impossible to stretch reality to what is happening to us. When you imagine yourself as someone else — for example, a character in a game who is passing a level — everything becomes much easier.

I am sure that I am not alone in this — and this concerns not only the military, but also volunteers, medics, journalists, and everyone on whom our future victory depends.

The key to this victory is unity.

That is why our token appeared — a symbol of unity, a bridge between the rear and the front, a reminder of the strength and importance of each person's contribution to the common struggle.

It helps to recognize your own, reminds you of the superpowers that each character (and each of us) has, and also serves as support for one another. So the superpowers that dominate the front characters combine with the superpowers inherent to the rear to achieve harmony and balance — this is called complementarity. You can discover your superpower by taking our test — and choose a token with your own superpower or its pair (in Ukrainian or English).

We also develop dog tags for charitable purposes — for example, as gifts for participants of gatherings or limited edition products, all profits from the sale of which are donated for good.
