Delivery Policy

RBTNK delivers artifacts worldwide directly from our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.

For orders within Ukraine, we use Nova Poshta (to a branch, parcel locker, or courier).

We use flat rates to make the path of artifacts to you clear and predictable.

Note: Processing times for orders before shipping are 2–4 business days.

USA: We cover all customs fees (10%) for you. The price in the cart is final.
Other countries (UK, EU, Canada, etc.): Local VAT or customs duties may apply according to the laws of your country. These costs are borne by the buyer.

Automatic payment: Payment on the site is made in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). Your bank will automatically convert the amount from your currency (USD, EUR, etc.) at its own rate.
Convenient payment in your currency: If it is inconvenient for you to make a payment in hryvnias or you want to lock in the price in dollars or euros — just write to us. We will promptly send you a personal payment link in USD or EUR. You can pay it using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your bank card without additional conversions.

All shipments (both within Ukraine and abroad) are fully insured. You will receive a tracking number immediately after your order is shipped.
