The cost of tokens and bracelets includes engraving personal information on one side. For a nominal fee, you can add engraving on the back – just select this option during checkout.

Before production, we will send you a layout for approval, so you can be sure of your choice.

What if there is an engraving error?

We have experience of over 6 000 individual orders. Mistakes happen rarely, in less than 1% of cases. But if something goes wrong – we will fix it quickly. Just write to us on Instagram or at hello@rbtnk.online.

How much is produced?

We produce tags and bracelets within 3 business days.

And if you need it urgently – we have an urgent engraving option on business days. Message us on Instagram, and we will find a solution.

Is there cash on delivery?

No, we operate on a full prepayment basis using the plata by mono service on our website or by transferring to the details of our LLC – both options will be available at checkout.

We ship 6 days a week using Nova Poshta, delivery is on us for orders over 2500 UAH.

Warranty on products

We provide a lifetime warranty on our steel products, so if anything happens to them – feel free to contact us, we will help resolve the issue or completely replace the item.
