We retain data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the period required for warranty service, accounting, and, in particular, for production (see p. 4).

2. What Data We Collect and the Purpose of Its Use

2.1. Data Provided by You:

When creating an account and placing an order, you provide us with personal information that includes your first name, last name, email address, and, optionally, a password. You can also add a phone number and a mailing address (either "Nova Poshta" or your home address) to your account.

Purpose: Processing, fulfilling, and delivering your order, communicating about its status, and maintaining accounting records.

2.2. Service and Marketing Messages:

You will receive service informational messages to your email during the order processing stages (about status, shipping, tracking number).
If you separately agree to receive newsletters, we will send you informational, including promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from receiving promotional and other information, except for service messages, at any time by following the link in the email.

2.3. Data on Website Activity (Technical Data):

We also collect information about the browsers and devices you use to access our website and your activity on it. This data may include information about which sections and pages of the site you visit, which products you view and add to your cart, what search queries you make on the site, as well as your IP address, device type, and other similar data.

Purpose: Analysis, improving website performance, personalizing offers, and preventing fraud.

3. FEATURES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING FOR INDIVIDUAL ORDERS (CUSTOMIZATION)

We understand the importance of the confidentiality of the data you provide for the personalization of your products (engraving, text application).

3.1. Categories and Purpose of Data Collection for Customization:

Data Categories: Data that you enter in special fields when placing an individual order. This may include, but is not limited to: names, dates, identification numbers, medical data (e.g., blood type, Rh factor), personal messages, and other data intended for application on the product (text for tags).
Purpose of Processing: This data is collected exclusively for fulfilling your order, ensuring the accuracy of the production process (engraving), and quality control.

3.2. Storage and Destruction of Data for Customization:

Storage Location: Data is stored on secure servers of our store's administrative panel (Shopify platform). For production purposes, it is also temporarily stored in internal secure spreadsheets used in production.
Storage Period in Production: To ensure the possibility of quick verification and elimination of potential defects, we retain this data for one (1) month from the date of fulfilling your order.
Regular Data Destruction: At the beginning of each calendar month, all internal spreadsheets containing personal data for customer customization from the previous month are irreversibly deleted from our production workflow.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except with your consent or under the conditions defined by this Privacy Policy.

Shopify Platform: Please note that your store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which acts as a processor of your data and stores it in accordance with its privacy policy.
Carrier: We provide your phone number, name, and address to Nova Poshta LLC solely for the purpose of delivering your order.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by current legislation in Ukraine (e.g., at the request of law enforcement agencies).
