Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. Please carefully review our policy.

 

1. Right to Return Goods of Proper Quality

 

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," you have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days (not including the day of purchase) from the moment of receiving the order, provided that the following requirements are met:

  • The product has not been used and shows no signs of use (scratches, wear, etc.).

  • Its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and original packaging are preserved.

  • A receipt (invoice, check) confirming the purchase is provided.

 

2. Exceptions (Goods Not Subject to Return)

 

According to the legislation of Ukraine (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 dated 19.03.1994), as well as considering the specifics of the products, the following categories of goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return:

  • Custom orders with engraving, or other personalized products made according to the individual parameters of the customer.

  • Gift certificates.

  • Goods included in the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, including: jewelry, lingerie, hosiery, etc.

 

3. Returns and Exchanges in Case of Improper Quality (Defects, Damage, or Error)

 

Returns or exchanges are also possible if you received:

  • A damaged product (this must be recorded during inspection at the "Nova Poshta" branch, if possible, or photographed immediately after unpacking).

  • An incorrect product (packaging error).

    In such situations, please contact us within 7 days from the moment of receipt, as this will expedite the resolution process.

 

4. Return Procedure

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please write to us at hello@rbtnk.online and provide:

  • Order number.

  • Photo of the product (especially if a defect or damage is found).

  • A brief description of the reason for the return.

    After reviewing your request (within 1-2 business days), we will provide you with further instructions for sending the product.

 

5. Refunds and Shipping Costs

 

  • Refund: In the case of an approved return, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days from the moment we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Shipping for Returns of Proper Quality: If a product of proper quality is returned at the customer's initiative, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. The cost of the initial shipping paid by you is not refundable.

  • Shipping for Returns of Improper Quality/Error: If the return is due to our fault (damage, defect, packaging error), we will cover all shipping costs (both initial and return).
