This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer" or "Agreement") is an official and public proposal from FOP Konstantinidi Iordanakis Angelidiovich (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", "We", "Us", "RBTNK") to conclude a sales contract for goods and services under the terms defined in this Offer. This Offer regulates your access to and use of the website owned by RBTNK. By placing an order on the website, you unconditionally accept all the terms of this Offer and confirm your agreement to enter into the Agreement under the stated conditions. If you do not agree with any point of this Offer, please refrain from using the service and placing orders.

2. Terms of Use of the Website and Service

To place an order, you must be of legal age (18+) or have permission from parents/guardians.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please note that this message does not yet mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment. We confirm the order only after checking the availability of the product and the accuracy of the provided data. In case of product unavailability or inaccuracies, we will definitely contact you.

Payment: We accept payment by bank card through the plata by mono service available on the website. The order is processed after the full payment for the product is received.

Delivery Cost: The delivery cost is paid separately, directly to the carrier, upon receipt of the package according to their rates. An exception is made for orders over 2500 UAH, the delivery of which is covered by the Seller, according to the Delivery Terms.

Prices: All prices are indicated in hryvnias (UAH) and are current at the time of order placement. Prices may change without prior notice, but this does not affect the cost of already placed and confirmed orders.

Promotions and Promo Codes: These are valid for a limited time and may have additional conditions specified in the description of the specific promotion or promo code.

4. Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during holiday periods and high load times.

Custom Orders: Products made to individual order (for example, with engraving) are produced within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Pre-orders: The manufacturing and shipping time for pre-ordered products is always specified on the page of the respective product (usually up to 30 calendar days).

Delivery Method: Delivery is carried out exclusively through the "Nova Poshta" service (to a branch, parcel terminal, or by courier). Other delivery methods are not provided.

Losses, Delays, and Force Majeure: We are responsible for the timely transfer of the product to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or loss of the product by postal operators after it has been handed over. The Seller is also not responsible for any delays, non-fulfillment, or improper fulfillment of obligations caused by force majeure circumstances (including martial law, hostilities, air alerts, natural disasters) that directly affect the carrier's operations. However, we are committed to providing all necessary assistance to resolve such situations, including submitting inquiries for package searches.

5. Returns and Exchanges

General Conditions: According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you can return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the receipt issued to the consumer along with the sold product are preserved.

Exceptions:

Personalized products, products with individual engraving, and orders made to your unique parameters are not subject to return or exchange, as they cannot be resold.
The list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) is defined in Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172.

Damages or Errors: If you received the wrong or damaged product (of improper quality), please contact us at hello@rbtnk.online within 7 calendar days from the moment of receipt. We will definitely resolve this issue by offering a product replacement or a refund.

Return Costs: If the product was of proper quality and is returned at your request, the return cost is borne by the buyer. If the reason for the return is our mistake (improper quality or non-compliance with the order), we cover all return costs.

6. Use and Care of Products

Our products are designed for long-term use. Please follow the care instructions provided with the product to maintain its appearance and properties.

7. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Quality: We guarantee that the products meet the description and are of proper quality. In case of a hidden defect, please contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses caused by improper use of the products or violation of care instructions.

8. Privacy and Personal Data Processing

We respect your privacy. By placing an order, you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". You can learn more about the collection, storage, and use of your personal data, including for customization, in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, photographs, logos, design, etc.) belongs to RBTNK or the respective rights holders. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without our written permission is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law

This Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes that may arise from this Offer are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine in the established manner.

11. Changes to the Offer

We reserve the right to update this Offer. The current version is always available on the website. Continuing to use the website after changes means your agreement with the updated terms. We may notify you of significant changes to the Offer additionally, for example, by publishing an announcement on the website or sending an email to the registered email address.
