Everything is very simple, you are buying a token not for yourself, but for another stranger. If you have ever paid for someone else's coffee at a café near your home – you definitely know what this is about. Only in our case, you are buying a token for an unknown Defender from our community, who daily leaves a request for a token on our social media.

You pay for one, two, or as many tokens as you like and leave a message that we will pass along with the gift.

Service members from our community who want to receive a gift message us on Instagram with the word "Awareness." This is our "password" and a signal that they would like to receive a token. After that, we add them to the waiting list.

As soon as you "suspend" a token, we contact the first service member on the list and create a personalized token for him or her.

We send the finished token along with a postcard from you, so the person feels your support and care.

So, you can, and we will do everything in our power to deliver the token to him or her. However, sometimes the military does not trust personal information and delivery data even to us, especially when it is a surprise gift. If something goes wrong – we will pass the token to the next person on the waiting list.

We are working on this, but right now you can do more! If you "suspend" 2 tags, we will add a third one on our part, but with your postcard. This way, you will greet not one, but three Defenders. Just add 3 tags to the cart and the discount will be calculated automatically. Yes, it works for every 3)

For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose the personal data of recipients. However, to show you how it works, we regularly publish reports and photos (with consent) on our social media pages.

We are confident that everyone who "hangs" a token and receives the coveted story "Thank you, Katya" or reads a review with the words "we are happy to be remembered" invests their personal meaning into such a small thing that provides so much support. But personally, we call it a bridge between the rear and the front, and we really love this activity. We wrote more about it in our blog.
